Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of any gym chalk or wear.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
